FAQ:
Q:How to get a sample?
A: Sample can be provided at customer's cost which is refundable after order is placed.
Q:What about the lead time?
A: In general, the lead time is about 45 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different quantity will have different lead time. Moreover, if customer needs customized packaging artwork design or customer's logo to be printed on products, the lead time will be a bit longer.
Q:How about the packing and shipping?
A: Normally, we have inner box and outer carton for packaging. The quantity per inner box is 6 pcs to 20 pcs depending on the size and weight of different products, which could help customer to distribute conveniently. If you have any other special requirements, such as display box or pallet, please feel free to contact with us.
Q: Can I have our own packaging artwork design for the products I ordered?
A. Yes. Moreover, our graphic designer can help to do the artwork design for you after you provide us your brand/logo and artwork design pattern. Please contact with us to discuss and confirm details before placing order.
