Product Description
SIN-SINO Rack
Sin-Sino Rack is designed and manufacturered to Australian Standard -Steel Storafe Racking AS4084-1993.Sio-Sino is specialized in all rack system, such as ASRS,Shuttle Rack,Drive-In Rack,Multi-level Rack,Mezzanine Rack,etc.
Carton Flow Rack is a system that uses angled flowed chutes, guide rails and roller tracks to create a gravity feed. It optimize operational sequence and lower operational cost and suit the principle of FIFO(First In First Out). It is an important part in the supply chain for assembly lines and coveryor belt lines.
Advantages of Carton flow pallet rack
1. Space utilization is about 85%
2. Suitable for substantial homogeneous goods.
3. Pallet size should fit racks

1. Individual access to all pallets to full height of warehouse
2. Simple stock rotation achieved
3. Easy beam adjustment accommodates variable pallet heights

Structure:
1. The racking is developed from the medium duty racking.
2. Aluminum or steel roller rail are equipped between a pair of beams per layer to form a slope of 3 degree, and under the fluency of gravity, first in first out of goods are realized.
3. It is convenient to access and suitable for such places as the two sides of the assembly lines, distribution centers, etc.
4. The height of the racking is normally lower than 2.5M and the loading capacity of each layer is 1000kg at the most.
