Q: Are your tin boxes easy to get rust?
A: The JinYu tin box use anti-rust processing tinplate with double-sided tin coating, with protection of eco-friendly coating, it dosen't get rust in 5-8 years in normal environment.
Q: What certificates does JinYu have?
A: JinYu tin can has approved by , Sedx( 4 pillar), MC Donald, SGS, ISO9001,BV etc.
Q: What's your tin box material? Is it safe for food saving?
A: Our tin box usually use first-grade tinplate from Bao steel or Unified, tinplate is plating a layer of tin on the iron. Tin is mainly to prevent corrosion and rust. Tinplate is a advanced environmental protection packaging materials, the printing coating coating and ink are all food grade, so it is safe for food saving.
Q: Does the carving can be made during the production?
A: Caving will be also available. Normally; There have two kinds of carving, debossing and embossing(3D embossing). Debossing will be relatively more suitable for the logo and name of products. Embossing will focus on the details and 3D, visually and leave much impression to the customer and desire of purchase.
Q: What kind of artwork file format is workable?
A: We can accept artwork file like PSD,AI,CDR, high definition JPG,TIF and PDF, the artwork image is divided into pixel graph, the pixel graph resolution need to reach 300DPI, the file picture mode need be CMYK mode not RGB, and all the file font need also be converted to curv
