Product Description
Implementation standards: ASTM / D92Introduction:
The instrument is designed and manufactured by ASTM / D92 standard. Applicable to the determination flash and ignition point of petroleum products, it can not be used to determine the petroleum products which fuel and opening flash point below 79 ºC.
Working principle and structure characteristics are as follows:
Instrument system using solid-state regulator, with adjustment knob to adjust electric voltage (5 ~ 220V continuously adjustable), thus achieving the required standard heating rate
Instrument consists of the thermometer holder, specimen cup oil, automatic sweep dashes ignition and digital regulator.
The instrument has the following characteristics:
1. Compact structure, beautiful shape, easy to operate.
2. Power regulation with voltmeter indication.
3. Furnace adopts quartz tube structure, large heating area, evenly.
4. The fire pole automatically sweeps.

The flash point is under the specified test conditions, the test flame causes the sample steam to catch fire and expels the flame to the lowest temperature of the liquid surface. The ignition is on the basis of the flash point to continue heating up, until the sample fire and continuous combustion of not less than 5 seconds, the temperature of the sample burning. The flash point value and the ignition value are used to indicate whether or not there is a high volatility or flammable substance in a relatively nonvolatile or flammable substance. It is one of the important parameters for the transportation, storage, operation and safety management of petroleum products.
