What is oxyhydrogen generator?
Oxyhydrogen generator consumes water and electricity, electrolyze water into hydrogen gas and oxygen gas. Due to high-efficiency and high temperature of mixed oxyhydrogen gas, it is widely used in welding, cutting, polishing, heating and carbon steel cutting industry etc.
Use H2 and O2 as source of flame to replace LPG, propane, acetylene to do Welding work.
Technology of Oxy-hydrogen Flame Ampoules Sealing Machine
Oxy-hydrogen Flame Ampoules Sealing Machine technology uses water as medium to electrolyze water into H2 and O2, fire them to formed Oxy-hydrogen Flame. The temperature of Oxy-hydrogen flame is as high as 2800 degrees so that it can seal the Ampoules very fast. The quality and speed of Oxy-hydrogen Flame sealing method is higher than Liquid gas's.
Compared with Traditional Liquid gas Ampoules Sealing Machine technology, Oxy-hydrogen Flame Ampoules Sealing Machine's has the following advantages:
1) Safety: Oxy-hydrogen Flame Ampoules Sealing Machine just uses water and electricity, no gas bottle, no hydrogen gas storage, no leakage and explosive danger.
2) Convenience: it can work just with water and electricity, every liter water can be used 7~8 hours. But Liquid gas bottle need to be changed by manual moving, it is very inconvenient.
3) Cleanliness: Oxy-hydrogen combustion just produces little water vapor, there is no harm to the pharmaceuticals. But Liquid gas combustion produces carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and nitrogen compounds which will impact on the quality of pharmaceuticals.
4) High Efficiency: The speed of Oxy-hydrogen Flame sealing method is higher than Liquid gas's.

Operation of Oxy-hydrogen Flame Ampoules Sealing Machine
1) To Install the Oxy-hydrogen Generator according to the Operating Instruction, and then connect the pipeline as the above picture, adjust position up and down, start to work.
2) To Open the Power Supply switch of Oxy-hydrogen Generator, start to produce gas, when the air pressure rises to 0.1Mpa, you can open the torch valves to transport gas.
3) To use Lighter ignition to formed Oxy-hydrogen Flame, can adjust flame size further through valves adjustment.
Remark: When firing, pls don't let any part of the body be in front of the torch mouth. When lighter firing, body should be in the side of the torch to avoid firing your hands.
4) To use the tweezer together with machine to nip ampoule, the tautness of nipping should guarantee the ampoule not only won't come off, but also can rotate it with hand.
5) To put the ampoule nipped by tweezer in Oxy-hydrogen Flame to heat and rotat it at the same time. When heating is finished, pull up the tweezer, the process of sealing is accomplished.
