* We have the instruction of it, you can assemble it according the instruction. It is easy to assemble without tools.
2, All the top and bottom shelves adjustable at all ?
* Yes they are adjustable to a point you use the interlocking pieces to put the shelves where you want them, make sure you get them set in place though to secure the shelves.
3, Do you have any other sizes? Except chrome finish, would you have others ?
* Yes, we have. We have many other sizes of shelves, we have customized products and also have three surfact finish, Chrome plated / Powder Coating, Poly-Z-Brite( Zinc plated + Transparent powder coating), Zinc plated covered by Powder Coating

5, What is the MOQ ? How about the payment way ?
* It is 50 sets. And we can do T/T, L/C. If pay by T/T, it ususally T/T 30% deposit, balance against shipping doc.

The finishing we can offer are powder coating, chrome plating, Zinc plating and Zinc plated with powder coating, etc., We have our own product testing center to make some professional quality inspection by ourselves, including salty and spray test, coating thickness test, corrosion resistance test, loading capacity test, tension test, shelf center distance test and packing dropping test, etc. Besides, we arrange 30 quality inspectors on the production line to do full inspection of each shelf and each post. With our specific process of quality control, we require our workers to carry out self-inspection, mutual inspection and sampling inspection based on the inspection standard of MIL STD-105G. New product design and development is operated in house. With some professional engineers and designers, we would promote new concept of DIY household products regularly and apply for our own patent. Our factory has been certified by NSF organization and passed the factory inspection of BV, TUV, TARGET and GMC. At present, our monthly output capacity has exceeded 50 X 40' HQs (containers).
