Our company ZDCARD was established in 2000 and based in Shenzhen, China. We are very experienced in what we do.
At the beginning, we just produced PVC cards and RFID cards. Then we expand the production to RFID tags, paper printing and transparent box printing. Meanwhile, we have partnership with Guandong Zhongshan University in product R&D.

We have our own industrial park, which covers 30 thousand square meters. There are 4 buildings in our industrial park, including production areas, dormitory and canteen. There are 2 hundred workers in total.
Our factory facilities include 2 Heidelberg offset printing machines and 2 Roland UV printing machines. There are also automatic die-cut and lamination machines, RFID chip bonding machines, RFID converting machines, etc. All of them are new and advance, to make sure about the quality.
We have ISO Certificate, SGS Factory Audit Report.
We have cooperated with many big customers and produced big orders, such Qatar Airways, Saudi Airlines, Carrefour, Wall-mart, McDonald, Shell Oil Group, Nigeria voter's card, Moscow subway cards, Iran subway tickets, Asia cell, Yemen Mobile, China Mobile, etc.
For RFID cards and PVC cards, the monthly capacity is 45 million PCS. For RFID tags, our monthly capacity is 10 million PCS. If quantity less than 20, 000PCS, the lead time is 7-9 days. If more quantity or very special crafts, the lead time needs to be discussed.
