JunYi Metal & Plastic Mold Co., Limited is located in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. We offer one stop solution in design, rapid prototyping by CNC machining & vacuum casting, rapid tooling, mold making, plastic injection molding, die casting, sheet metal, as well as mechanical assembly services to take your initial concept to commercialization.

We have 2 shops, 1 for plastic mold making & plastic injection molding production. There are 5CNC machines, 8 EDM machines and 10 drilling machines for mold making. 15 sets injection molding machines from 60T to 500T.

Another shop for shot run production; Include metal & plastic prototyping by CNC machining, rapid tooling, such as aluminum soft tool and small quantity aluminum die casting + CNC secondary operation, silicone mold vacuum casting for plastic. There are 15sets CNC machines and 3 sets vacuum casting machines.

JunYi also provide outsourcing service of sheet metal, sand casting, rubber silicone compression molding with super service and competitive price.
